ABOUT US
A little of my background
My name is Cory Hill. I was born in Rutherford County, NC and I have lived in western North Carolina my whole life.
I graduated from Western North Carolina in 2007.
A former Police officer, in the town of Lake Lure, I have been working for the county since 2011.
After working for Rutherford County Inspections for three years, doing thousands of inspections and owning multiple small businesses, I decided to venture out and start my own home inspections business.
I also own a land and cattle business, fishing and guiding business and a barber shop (located in South Charlotte).
LICENSED AND INSURED
I obtained the NC Home Inspectors license through The Home Inspection Training Center located out of Burlington, North Carolina. This training course consists of online classes, field training, and passing the state exam.
Along with the 800 hours of class I had to take for this license, each year I take the required amount of continuing education classes in the inspections department.
I am licensed and insured in both North and South Carolina.
