REPORT DELIVERY: We deliver home inspection reports by e-mail or a web-hosting service on the same day as the inspection. Occasionally, reports are delayed for a maximum of three business days. Your report will meet or exceed all requirements of the state authority and the American Society of Home Inspectors (http://www.ashi.org/).
We deliver commercial reports by e-mail or a web-hosting service within five business days of the inspection.
Buyer's Inspection
Buyer's Inspection (or Pre-Purchase Inspection) provides the buyer an accurate report containing specific current conditions of the home and its systems before buying. Most every home consists of some problems or defects, whether it be something relatively small and inexpensive or large and expenseive, and our inspection will reveal those to you.
Seller's Inspection
Seller's Inspection (or Pre-Sale Inspection) provides the seller a thorough report containing small and/or large defects of the home. This is beneficial to both the buyer and seller. A pre-established knowledge and documentation of current and/or future possible complications of a marketed home can offer the seller the option to recover these problems before selling which will provide a better opportunity to sale or allow the seller to offer a less-debating approach to the buyer by providing them information and awareness of any current or possible future problems at the expense of the seller versus the buyer.
